Laurie Patterson & Laura Robertson are founders and business partners of HomeTeam405. In 2014 they combined their mutual desire for providing clients an opportunity for an exceptional Real Estate experience by creating a unique team approach to buying and selling homes. Laurie and Laura are the Listing Specialists for the team. They meet personally with every potential seller to provide expert guidance on price, timing and strategy. Also a part of the team are Buyer’s Specialists who work one-on-one with each buyer to find the perfect home. A Staging Specialist consults with sellers to prepare their house for photos and showings, because we know your first impression could be your last! The Administrative Team coordinates the listing and contract to close processes protecting our clients from issues that can arise due to inexperience or inattention to detail. A Marketing Coordinator ensures a succesful launch to market and maximum exposure for our clients’ homes through social media, events and marketing materials.
